“A leadership conference for Bergen County teenagers”

Hackensack Campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University

The conference offers workshops, dialogue and activities that challenge and stimulate students to examine their attitudes and experiences and their potential to become change-makers who promote healthy respect for diversity. Costs of the conference are entirely underwritten by the Dr. Archie Lacey Endowment

Public and private high schools and houses of worship in Bergen County may send up to fifteen students, accompanied by a faculty member or other institutional officer, to the conference. Students are expected to provide their own transportation to the conference site. The program, including lunch and refreshments, is offered to students free of charge.
